At Hunt Vitality Chiropractic & Wellness Center, we prioritize patient-centered, individualized care. In order to provide the highest level of service and maintain the freedom to treat each patient based on clinical need—not insurance limitations—we are not contracted with any private insurance companies.

However, we are happy to support you in accessing your out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a Superbill—a detailed receipt of services—which you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, if your plan includes chiropractic coverage.

We are contracted with Medicare Part B, but we do not accept assignments. This means: 

• Medicare patients pay at the time of service.

• We submit the claim to Medicare on your behalf.

• Medicare will reimburse patients directly for 80% of Medicare’s allowable amount. Which, for chiropractic care is between $20.00 –$24.00 per visit once your yearly deductible is met.
